Recently, DIAMONDS, a mentoring program for young African American women, along with members of the minority male student group MOVE, attended a presentation on entrepreneurship from business owner, Warren Thompson, and explained his rise from small business entrepreneur to the owner of Thompson Retail Food Group, who shared his guiding principles.
